The "Trivselprogrammet" (Well-being Program) is an educational tool aimed at increasing activity, safety, and structure during recess, where students are trained as "Trivselledare" (Well-being Leaders). Recess is used as a starting point to promote physical activity while also providing students with leadership and inclusion skills. The program also combines physical activity and learning in the classroom through practical teaching methods that are linked to the curriculum. In conjunction with the school's own action plans, the goal is for the Trivselprogrammet to contribute to reducing bullying and social exclusion.

My name is Tove Selvåg Drott and I run VÅGA STAMMA (DARE TO STAMMER). Based on my own experience with stammering, I work to change the perception of speech difficulties and give more people the courage to take up space with their voice, regardless of how it sounds. This is what I do in my business: I lecture and inspire: I share my experiences because stammering is a subject that needs much more visibility. My goal is to shatter myths and show how we can create an environment where no one has to feel shame about their speech. I provide the listener with tools to dare to stay in the conversation, even when it hitches. I am an author and educator: I have written the book "Hello? Stille there?"Based on the book, I have also participated in an educational film about stuttering, used as teaching material in schools. Through the film, I put a face to the challenges and the strength found behind stammering. I normalize: Through DARE TO STAMMER, I work to normalize stammering in society. My message is simple: we need to stop focusing on how someone says something and instead start listening to what they are actually saying. To me, DARE TO STAMMER, is about the right to express oneself on one's own terms and to own one's voice.
