Risk Assessment
Do you know which risks actually threaten your school — and how they would most likely unfold in practice? Fyrtorn's risk assessment gives you the answer. Through our research-based questionnaire, your school's complete risk landscape is mapped: internal threats such as self-harm, bullying and gang activity, as well as external threats like unauthorised access, family conflicts and extremist influence. What sets us apart is the PCA methodology — Probable Course of Action — adapted from military intelligence practice. Rather than listing risks, the analysis shows how each risk would most likely materialise in your specific school, where the vulnerability lies and what you need to prepare for. Fully compatible with the Swedish Education Act Chapter 6a and defensible under Skolinspektionen scrutiny. Standalone Risk Assessment — SEK 4,000 excl. VAT Complete the questionnaire and receive your report instantly — done in under 15 minutes. Includes risk indication per threat category, detailed PCA scenarios and a vulnerability analysis covering 50+ control points. Comprehensive Risk Management — SEK 14,000 + SEK 10/student excl. VAT Everything in the standalone package, plus an on-site security inspection by Fyrtorn's experts, a comprehensive final report and an actionable safety action plan with prioritised measures, timelines, budget estimates and measurable success criteria.
