Ivo Visak

Ivo Visak is the CEO of the AI Leap Foundation (TI-Hüpe) and the former principal of Saaremaa Upper Secondary School. He leads Estonia’s national initiative to integrate AI-based learning tools into secondary and vocational education, focusing on responsible, human-centred adoption of new technologies. Prior to this role, he introduced modern learning methods at Saaremaa Upper Secondary School, including educational design practices, local culture studies, and argument-centered education. His background spans teaching, design-agency production, and leadership of the Estonian National Youth Council. Visak has been recognised as Estonia’s Youth Worker of the Year (2017) and Saaremaa’s Educational Institution Leader of the Year (2022).
