Katarina Pietrzak is a researcher and senior project manager within Lifelong Learning at the RISE unit of the same name and works to develop and explore methods, motivation, processes and mindsets around learning as the foundation for everything. For who we are and develop as people, for how we in our workplaces contribute to innovation, development and results and how we can help to design a better society. Much is about all that adult life today requires of us in the form of continuous learning, and Katarina will talk about lifelong learning and the link between school and working life, between education and skills supply and between formal and informal learning. Katarina has also been leading the podcast Livslångt for almost four years.
