AI Education participates in Unikum’s Key Person Meeting 2025

How can we shape a school system that meets the needs of the future?

At Unikum’s Key Person Meeting, school leaders, educators and decision-makers from across Sweden gathered to discuss the next steps for education. The day was filled with optimism, curiosity and concrete discussions on how to prepare schools for a future where digitalisation and AI play an increasing role.

AI Education joined as a partner and contributed to conversations on how AI can be used as a tool to promote equity and inclusion throughout the education system.

The agenda included topics such as school quality, digital transformation, student health and the evolving role of school leadership. The day featured lectures, roundtable discussions and networking focused on development and collaboration.

Several school leaders shared practical experiences of using AI – from scheduling to personalised learning – which led to engaged discussions about opportunities and ethical considerations.

– There’s a strong commitment to understanding how AI can be used in a responsible and meaningful way, said Nima Zaerzadeh, founder of AI Education.

Many participants also expressed a need for continued professional development in AI, highlighting the value of forums like this – where new technology can be explored in light of the real needs of schools.

AI Education extends a big thank you to Unikum for the invitation and to all participants who contributed valuable insights, experiences and ideas for the future of education.
