About us
Vklass is an innovative and user-friendly company that develops and delivers a learning platform for preschools, primary schools, high schools, and adult education. Since its introduction in 2007, Vklass has grown to become one of Sweden's leading providers of educational platforms, with over 80 clients and 1 million users in both the public and private sectors. Vklass helps students, teachers, and guardians access information, collaborate, communicate, and manage their daily administrative work in an easy and accessible way.
The company was founded in Stockholm with a drive to use digital tools to develop school processes and create more time for learning in schools. Vklass focuses on communication and sharing of materials between the school's students, teachers, guardians, and administrative personnel. Today, Vklass has over 3,000 affiliated schools and hundreds of thousands of active users, distributed among more than 80 municipal and independent educational actors throughout Sweden.
Vklass is constantly working to develop and improve its product, add new modules, and deliver first-class support and service in all parts of the service. The company values quality, accessibility, and security and has therefore introduced a quality, environment, and information security management system based on the international standards ISO 9001: 2015 (quality), ISO 14001: 2015 (environment), and ISO 27001: 2017 (information security).

Welcome to Vklass Internship – the innovative solution that transforms the internship experience for students, teachers and supervisors. As a proud exhibitor at the Sett days, we are here to present how our mobile application can revolutionize the management of prao, APL and LIA in all levels of education: primary school, secondary school, adult education and university of applied sciences. Vklass Praktik is designed to ensure quality and simplify the entire process around practice. Through a flexible and easily accessible communication platform, we enable an effective dialogue between student, school and workplace. Our app facilitates the setting of goals and tasks, giving students clear guidance during their internship period. In addition, we offer follow-up tools, including three-party interviews and self-assessment, which contribute to a deeper learning process. For supervisors there are functions for reporting attendance hours, which gives teachers an overview of students' attendance. Students can easily report sick directly in the app, which minimizes administrative processes. Contact details and a clear map ensure that all parties involved can easily keep in touch and find the workplace. Samverka.nu is an innovative and user-friendly web-based service designed to streamline and simplify the administration of internships and workplace-based learning (APL) for schools and municipalities. Since its inception in 2003 by Patrick Aspling and his company Learn-IT Umeå, Samverka.nu has grown to become a leading solution used by about sixty municipalities across Sweden. The core of Samverka.nu is its database of internships, which makes it easy for schools and municipalities to manage and organize internships. The service automates many of the administrative processes, such as handling of internship cards and risk assessments, saving time and resources for both schools and internship providers. With a strong ambition to continuously evolve and improve, Samverka.nu has taken the next step in its development by becoming part of the Visma group. This partnership opens up additional resources in service development, security, legal, and support, ensuring a high pace of development and quality of the service.
