In Person Training
Our on-site training sessions help school staff handle risks and potential threats in everyday school life, giving staff the knowledge and skills to maintain a safe and supportive environment. Each school can take part in three on-site sessions (4 hours each) 1. School Security Basics -Learn the essentials of school security -Understand the risk landscape, including gang activity, extremism, targeted school violence, and digital threats 2 .Lockdown & Incident Management -Hands-on exercises, case studies, and group work -Includes practical drills for daily routines, such as lockdowns or managing disruptions -Review examples of past school incidents in Sweden to understand how risks can develop 3. Managing Classroom Incidents & Behavior -Focus on everyday behavior management and preventive measures -Covers de-escalation, situational awareness, and spotting and addressing risks as they arise in class What staff get: Practical knowledge and confidence to identify, prevent, and respond to risks, keeping the school environment safe and supportive.
Risk Assessment

Principals provide insights on school routines, environment, demographics and more.
