Buhobox has simple, clear and effective tools for student health and educators to be able to follow the development of groups over time, which gives us the opportunity to prevent exclusion and destructive group constellations. We work with the causes, not the symptoms.

Develop skills with Buhobox online courses, lectures & materials. By using psychosocial methods and knowledge-based working methods, you can create positive and inclusive groups.

About Buhobox
Buhobox was founded by two school counselors from Karlstad. In the meeting with children and young people who developed mental illness, they saw that there was a lack of tools and methods that helped student health to work preventively. Through their experience of student health development and work with school attendance, they saw a need to focus on the work with belonging and community. Buhobox is a toolbox that not only contains digital tools but also methods and working methods to increase study peace and security in the classroom. Togetherness, good relationships and community are the most important factors for learning and mental health.
