Buhobox – your school social toolbox
Togetherness, good relationships and community are the most important factors for learning and mental health. Buhobox contains digital tools that make it easier for you as a teacher, principal or student health staff to be able to work preventively with groups to create study calm and safety in the classroom. Buhobox is a toolbox consisting of various tools and methods that are a support in your student health work.
Buhobox Sociogram is a digitized tool that measures social relationships in a group. To understand the group’s dynamics even more deeply, you can supplement the sociogram questions with Buhobox’s survey function. An alternative way to map safety and well-being with a focus on school climate.
With the help of Buhobox, we can follow the development of groups over time, which gives us the opportunity to prevent exclusion and destructive group constellations. We work with the causes, not the symptoms. By using psychosocial methods and knowledge-based working methods, you can create positive and inclusive groups.
About Buhobox
Buhobox was founded by two school counselors from Karlstad. In the meeting with children and young people who developed mental illness, they saw that there was a lack of tools and methods that helped student health to work preventively. Through the experience of student health development and work with school attendance, they saw a need to focus on work with belonging and community. Buhobox is a toolbox that not only contains digital tools but also methods and ways of working to increase study calmness and security in the classroom.
