Nina Jonsson

I decided at the age of seven that I wanted to become a teacher, and I never let go of that dream. I then trained as a teacher of Swedish, English and Swedish as a second language for Years 4–9. I went on to work as a secondary school teacher for a number of years before I felt I needed a greater challenge and took on the role of deputy headteacher. Like many others, I then became a headteacher and have worked as a headteacher, and for a short time as a head of schools, since 2009. Since 2021, I have been working as a headteacher at two schools in central Stockholm.
