With VR, you can work experience-based. See VR as a tool that the teacher can use to create engagement, creativity and deeper understanding in students. It enables students to experience various events and phenomena as if they were in the middle of them. The experience can then act as a catalyst that helps the students to absorb and develop the knowledge and abilities you are working with. For example, students should practice debating in English on a certain topic. Some students have many different thoughts about this, others have difficulty coming up with something to say. But by letting the students experience something related to the theme in the VR glasses, this can trigger thoughts and reflections that make it easier to later participate in the discussions. In other words, with VR you can create new ways and opportunities for learning that can complement and combine with your regular teaching.
