QuietFrames are a new aid that reduces “visual noise”, i.e. unnecessary visual impressions that burden the brain and can make it difficult for students to concentrate. It could be, their fellow students or something happening outside the window. Things that are especially noticeable if you are particularly easily distracted. QuietFrames work in much the same way as a bench screen, but they are smaller and more flexible and the student does not have to actively lean in for them to work. It also becomes easier for teachers to interact with the student and see that they are following along, for example during briefings.
Recurring feedback from students (grades 1-9)
“The only thing you saw was the work task”
“I get more done”
“I am less bothered by the friends around me”
“I can read longer texts”
Teachers testify that students who usually do not finish assignments in time have finished first of all when using QuietFrames.
Come and try it at booth M:16!
