Katarina Pietrzak is a researcher working with applied research on issues related to lifelong learning, organisation and social change/transformation. She has extensive experience in developing and leading collaborative work between schools, working life, the public sector and other social actors.
In her work, she focuses on how people and organisations can navigate complex change, build a culture of learning and put knowledge into practice. She is particularly interested in the links between education and artistic practices – and transformation, between formal and informal learning, and between human development, innovation and social development.
