Katarina Pietrzak

Katarina Pietrzak is a researcher and senior project manager in lifelong learning at RISE’s unit of the same name. She works on developing and exploring methods, motivation, processes and mindsets around learning as the foundation for everything. This includes who we are and how we develop as people, how we contribute to innovation, development and results in our workplaces, and how we can help each other design a better society. Much of this has to do with what adult life demands of us today in terms of continuous learning, and Katarina will talk about lifelong learning and the connection between school and working life, between education and skills provision, and between formal and informal learning. Katarina has also been hosting the Livslångt podcast for almost five years.
