Sett Track

Leadership Track & Nordic Tarck
The Leadership Track offers a wide range of content, from leadership, research and development, and system integration to learning environments and quality assurance.
For those who want to gain a broader Nordic perspective, there is also Nordic Track, a conference in English with inspiring lectures, workshops, and discussions on the most current school issues in the Nordic region.

Exhibition ticket
The exhibition is an active meeting place where the exhibitors invite you to short lectures, pop-up classes, discussions and demonstrations! Here you can learn about the latest from participants who work to provide preschools and schools with tools related to pedagogy, didactics and learning environments.

The ticket includes entrance to the exhibition on April 14–15th with mingle on April 14th.
Student ticket 18+
As a student, you can visit the Sett Track completely free of charge! The content is suitable for you who are studying to become a teacher or educator within preschool, primary school, secondary school, or special needs schools at university level.
Please note: In order for your student ticket to be valid, you must be able to show valid ID and a valid student card on site.
The ticket includes entrance to the Sett Track and the exhibition on April 14-15th, with mingle on April 14th.

Enter any invitation code in the first step of the form. If this option does not work, you will need to clear your cache.
Prepare your invoice details
Before you start your registration, it is important to have the correct invoice details ready.
Remember that if you belong to a municipality, the invoice must be sent via E-invoice, in which case you need to enter the correct GLN number, which is your electronic address.

Are you a large group visiting Sett?
Take the opportunity to rent a conference room to gather your team during Sett.
In Sweden, the VAT number starts with ‘SE’ followed by the organisation number and ends with ‘01’. If you have problems entering your VAT number when registering, double-check that there are no spaces, dashes or other incorrect characters in the number.

If your organisation is not registered for VAT, please contact us at sett@easyfairs.se and we will help you with your registration.
Once you have registered, a confirmation will be sent within 24h to the e-mail address provided. Take this confirmation with you, preferably digitally, and display it in the entrance. Once this is done, you will receive a nameplate from the entrance host called a Smart Badge, which serves as a digital business card. See more information about this under “Your Smart Badge – your digital business card”.
Has it been more than 24 hours since your booking and you still haven’t received your confirmation? Contact us at sett@easyfairs.com.
If you have entered incorrect invoice details, you can email your booking number or invoice number and the correct details to sett@easyfairs.com and we will amend this for you.
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague if you have booked a rebookable ticket. Contact us at sett@easyfairs.com and we will change the name and contact details on the ticket.
At Sett we have an age limit of 18 years. However, children wearing a harness are allowed.
When you registered for Sett, you received a confirmation email with a barcode. Please have this confirmation available when you arrive at Kistamässan.
Once there, you will receive your Smart Badge. This badge serves as your digital business card throughout your stay. It shows your name, company and the position/job title you entered when you registered.
All exhibitors will have a small reader in their stand marked “Touch & Collect”. Are you interested in getting in touch with the company after the fair or just collecting information about the company? Then hold your badge against the reader and you and the exhibitor will have exchanged contact details. After the fair, you will receive an email with a summary of your visit. Simple and digital!
