With a broad background in trade union work and a solid background as a teacher \u2013 having worked as a class teacher, a teacher for migrant pupils, a special needs teacher and a headteacher \u2013 I am taking on this trade union role.<\/p>\n\n<p>Over the past year, I have been involved in the Ministry\u2019s vision-building work on the future of primary education and have played an active role at national level as we in Finland have reformed the support system.
