We believe in working together to create the best resources for schools. We have previously successfully linked Binogi’s learning materials with complementary materials from Utbildningsradion (UR), and now we are taking it a step further. In collaboration with Prinsparets Stiftelse and their platform Lajka, we have expanded the teacher guide with an even greater focus on consent – especially online.
With new perspectives from Prinsparets Stiftelse and the Lajka platform for schools, the guide has been expanded with an even greater focus on consent and online consent. In the updated guide, materials from the Binogi platform is connected with links to UR’s materials and lesson plans, along with links to relevant material from Lajka’s platform.
“Prinsparets Stiftelse, with their Lajka platform, has extensive experience with online safety issues and consent,” says Maria Henriksson, Regional Manager at Binogi and a teacher.
Binogi offers a wide range of learning support in 18 subjects, while Lajka and Prinsparets Stiftelse have a deep commitment to online safety and healthy relationships. Together, we want to create a safer digital environment for young people and give teachers better tools to teach about consent and relationships. The inclusion of tutorials with links to both UR and Prinsparets Stiftelse is reflected in an updated version of the tutorial Sexuality, Consent and Relationships.
Mats Larsnäs, teacher and responsible for Binogi’s tutorials on consent and relationships, sees collaborations between educational actors as a great advantage: “Lajka’s materials complement Binogi’s content in an excellent way. Their lesson suggestions and scenario-based approaches help students reflect on their own and others’ behavior online.”
