In this role, you will be a key person in the schools’ digital development. Your main mission is to understand the schools’ challenges, listen to their needs and guide them in how our solutions can strengthen their educational work and reduce administration.
Your tasks will mainly be to:
Book and conduct meetings with schools, municipalities and other decision-makers.
– Hold educational demos of our services.
– Proactively work with new customer acquisition, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
– Be responsible for the sales process, from first contact to contract signing, together with colleagues in the sales and customer team.
– Hold training courses and work on implementation projects.
– This role is not about selling at any price – but about building relationships, understanding the schools’ needs and contributing to a more digitally accessible and efficient school.
Haldor’s head office is in Sundsvall. The service is flexible with the possibility of hybrid work, but travel to the head office occurs.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who has experience from the school world or Edtech and a good understanding of the school’s digital ecosystem and decision-making process. Perhaps you have worked in school yourself as an educator or school leader, or you have experience of implementing digital tools in teaching. The most important thing is that you can understand the schools’ needs and contribute with guidance and support in their digitalization process.
We would like you to:
Have experience of working in school, Edtech or with digital learning tools.
Be used to using Microsoft Teams and other digital tools in a school context.
Have good pedagogical skills and enjoy giving presentations and training.
Be responsive, analytical and solution-oriented.
Be driven and persistent when it comes to long sales cycles.
Have experience of managing procurements and agreements (meritorious).
